This fantastic food is a great source of fiber while detoxing and restoring the body. It is best to enjoy slightly steamed.
How to Choose and Keep
Choose the florets that are closely fitting together with no yellow. Keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks. It is best to not wash until you are ready to use.
Make sure to disconnect the florets and clean well. Steaming is the best way to cook. It only takes about 5 minutes to cook. I do not recommend to do in the microwave because of the micro “waves”.

1. Find some great broccoli and get 2 stalks. (preferably ones with the long stalk).
2. Clean and flash steam for salads for the week
3. Clean and steam the rest for dinner. Steam with 1-2 cloves of minced garlic and top either with sea salt or himalayan pink salt.
