Green Beans

The green color of green beans is what offers the huge amount of chlorophyll in them. This is a very important nutrient to help detox and repair. There is also a surprising amount of carotenoids in green beans, even though they do not have the orange red color like carrots and tomatoes. These caroteniods offers antioxidant support and cardiovascular support as well as. The Vitamin C in the green beans also gives a good support to the immune system.
