5 signs you may need a glass of water

1. You're hungry

Sometimes dehydration will come in the form of a hunger signal. Before you reach for a snack drink a glass of water and see if you feel better. 


2. You can't think clearly. 

This could mean you're not managing stress well. Stress dehydrates our bodies. Sit down. Take a few deep breaths and slowly drink a glass of water.


3. You're tired

Another sign of dehydration is fatigue. Before you reach for a stimulant try a glass of water. You will be amazed!


4. You can't go

#2 that is. When we are dehydrated our colon is also dehydrated. Try drinking a room temp or warm glass of water with a little lemon upon arising and see if you can't get thing rolling.

#5 You get headaches

This is a major sign you're dehydrated and toxic. Drinking clean water is a great first step to clean out the system. I like to add one drop of Doterra Lemon or Lime Essential Oils to help alkalize and hydrate. I also LOVE Slim n Sassy Essential Oil blend too :)
