Have you wondered which foods to eat organic and which to eat conventional?
This is the list of the Dirty Dozen, the 12 foods that should ALWAYS be bought Local or Organic! I also try to choose a reputable local farm before organic, as they will be the freshest.


These foods have an average of 50 different chemicals in them that CANNOT be washed off. They are in order of most amount of chemicals to least.
