A coach is an ally towards your goals, offering support versus advice. Coaching is where we try to move forward. Transforming trauma into purpose. I am trained to work with the subconscious mind. TCM is based off of neurolinguistic programming and I’m trained under Sara Gottfried with Hormone cure.

I have more than two decades worth of practical experience in coaching and the healing modalities—yoga, meditation, bodywork, energy healing, hormone therapy, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, and working with trauma—that I teach to my coaching clients.

What makes your coaching different than others? I blend all of my modalities to serve your goals with many options from body to soul. As a trauma informed practitioner I take sacred time and care with each client to get to the root of issues to align with purpose. (Trauma informed= somatic release background and NLP)

I generally work an hour for each service, but times can be customized based on your needs. Please note, these sessions can be added on to in person massage for a longer healing experience

With a package you get multiple sessions for instruction, bodywork, etc. and support throughout the month with check-ins and work for you to do at home. It’s like the difference between watching a YouTube video on how to learn a new skill and having support to turn that new skill into a habit.
