A portion of our retreat will be outside (shade available) on the beach, outside at the resort, and inside our cabana relaxation room. Space Limited to 20 women.

My name is Linda Kobus and attending Tracy’s retreats has changed my life…..literally. During her event I had what I can only call my first “blissful experience” that changed my eyes forever about the deep connection we all have to the energy within us. I used to have an anxiety disorder, now I rarely get anxiety, and feel I can finally be my true self. Since leaving Tracy’s retreat I get to choose to love more of life…My family, nature, and it even led to becoming a Yoga and Meditation teacher myself. Is there Parking?
There is free parking across the street with a code offered. Or you can pay to park on The beach right by our outdoor tent.What clothes do I wear?
Wear clothes to move in and also be able to walk the beach in. You may want to bring a bathing suit and towel as well if you want go into the water.Are there Bathrooms?
Our cabana suite, where potions of the event is held will have a bathroom. And there are public restrooms inside near the pool.Where is the retreat located?
We will be on the beach (with shade available) for portions of the event, near the pool area, and in our retreat cabana suite.Will there be items for sale?
Yes, we will have items like crystals, cards and wellness items for sale at a special savings at our retreat. Think of getting some early holiday gifts for loved ones, or for yourself.
