Group Experiences
We meet as a group for four seasonal retreats to immerse in deep-healing rituals and ceremonies and have a chance to meet guest healers.
2024 Retreat Schedule:
April 20th - May 11th 2024: Expansion! A reimagined way to connect in with several touch points of circle, guest healers and rituals.
July 19th - 21st 2024: Rise three-day in-person (with hybrid option) retreat in Binghamton, NY, at Sanctuary in the Mountains
September 28th-29th 2024: Nurture two-day in-person retreat at the Ocean in Fl with hybrid option available
December 14th, 2024: Decompress one-day in-person retreat in Orlando, FL with hybrid option available
In the addition to each retreat, we meet quarterly for each Mid-Season to reflect and prepare in the transition of the seasonal energy closing down and the seasonal energy opening up.
2024 Mid-Season Virtual Circles Dates:
Beltane (Growth): May 30th, Lammas (Harvest): August 1st, Samhain (Spirit): November 7th, Imbolic (Reflect): February 13th (2025)
The Retreats run generally 4-5 hours. The Mid-Season Circles fall on Thursdays from 6:30-8:00pm eastern.
Worried you might miss a retreat??
No worries! After our Summer and Fall Retreats our team offers a virtual recap circle on a Thursday from 6:30-8:30pm.
These events are private for the sisters, guest healers, and members of Tracy’s Total Wellness team there to assist. Occasional virtual sneak peeks for the public happen for members of Tracy’s Total Wellness virtual community when it’s aligned. And, at in-person multi-day events, the one day is sometimes open to the public to attend as well.

The Sacred Sisterhood has allowed space and strength to explore my heart and soul from within. It has guided me to who I am and what matters to me. It has empowered me to harness and magnify energies that are of love and in service to myself and the collective. It has protected me as I discover my essence and shift away from the conditioned roles that previously defined me from outside of my true self.
The journey has been invaluable in terms of measuring dollars and cents. It has been the most profound energetic exchange that I have allowed my body, mind and spirit to access in this lifetime. Tracy as the facilitator, ‘maiden, mother, crone’ creator/mentor of this community is awe inspiring. She is a true and dedicated visionary orchestrating the healing of our Sacred Sisterhood, promoting community medicine and the creation of a higher vibration planet and human collective.
