Regina has been an entrepreneur for the past 10 years facilitating a variety of fitness classes and programs to all ages; Babies, Teens, Adults with Developmental Disabilities, Active Seniors and to people who reside in assisted living and memory care facilities. Her love and passion is to support people with their overall well-being from body, mind, and soul.
During the 2020 pandemic it became crystal clear as a mother, facilitating classes for Moms and their children and being in moms’ groups that it was time to take action in supporting Moms in reconnecting to their dreams, desires, & what they truly want for themselves by Taking Back the Essential Me Time They Desired and Deserved, Unapologetically.
