Regina has been an entrepreneur for the past 10 years facilitating a variety of fitness classes and programs to all ages; Babies, Teens, Adults with Developmental Disabilities, Active Seniors and to people who reside in assisted living and memory care facilities. Her love and passion is to support people with their overall well-being from body, mind, and soul.
During the 2020 pandemic it became crystal clear as a mother, facilitating classes for Moms and their children and being in moms’ groups that it was time to take action in supporting Moms in reconnecting to their dreams, desires, & what they truly want for themselves by Taking Back the Essential Me Time They Desired and Deserved, Unapologetically. Regina is Empowering Moms that no matter what circumstances they are dealing with they can create a life where the can Thrive with balance, peace, and ease in their busy lives!
